Hi Simon,
My friend, the biggest Les Mis fan in the history of mankind persuaded me to come and see the show about 2 months ago.
I loved it and sniggered silently to myself as she sniffed and wiped her eyes when Gavroche and Epinine met their makers.
That is, I sniggered until you started to sing `Bring him home`.
I have no idea what happened ..........I sniffed, the tears rolled uncontrollably down my cheeks and I couldnt believe how moved I was. I managed to pull myself together till the end and as we were leaving the theatre my thrilled friend asked what had set me off.
I have no idea what it is about your rendition but I couldnt speak to her about it for over an hour without crying again...........Since that night, I have heard others sing the song and seen the new show and nothing! Suffice to say, I am a fan now and cant wait to see you perform again. Thankyou......

i am a 40yr old builder, who has never wanted to go to the theatre, let alone write a comment on a show. gotta say mate, you were good, i have been listening to the songs all weekend and into the week after seeing you last saturday night (1st august), even to the point of finding your website, by the looks of it, you have done pretty well in your career thus far, and to be honest i am not surprised. i will be back with the missus in a week or two to take it in again.

Hi,
I saw you playing Jean Valjean in Les Mis last Thurs. To be honest, I went to see Nick Jonas play Marius, but he had nothing on you. Your voice took my breath away, and your acting made me forget that I was in a theatre, watching a performance... it felt... real.
Anyway, gonna try and not sound like such an idiot now, but thank you. It was my first West End show, and I`ll never forget it. x

Hi Simon, my friends and I saw you many years ago. You were playing young Elvis with Martin Shaw as the lead. Well all we talked about on the way home was you in the the black leather outfit. I took note of your name from the program and saw you in Miss Saigon.

Hi there...I came to see you in Les Miserables with my sisters and it got me thinking about time and my relationship to the theatre over the years. I love the theatre and I first saw you in Are you Lonesome Tonight as a friend suggested I go in a letter to me in 1985...he saw you in NOttingham and said "the guy who played young Elvis was fantastic....he talked like Elvis, danced like Elvis and sang like Elvis....it was something I`ll never forget. There were times I honestly thought I was watching Elvis Presley in his prime". So I came to see you in that, then in Les Miserables as Marius and then Miss Saigon. So when I saw you this time in Les Miserables...it made me think about how you and I had lived our lives and you have no knowledge of me or who I am and I don`t know you. However you have been a part of my theatre going life as I have watched you over the years in productions and as I have got older so have you! Sadly I`m no longer in touch with that friend and sadly people don`t write letters anymore but hopefully I will continue to come and see your shows for many years to come!

Hi..I came to see the show on (21/07)in the afternoon and i just like to say you are amazing.I was sitting on(bb20)and is really close to the stage and your acting..your voice..your presence of stage is just really beautiful.I just wish could meet you in the end of the show but iam to shy..I just wish you well and tank you for the wounderful show.I love your performace.

I saw Les Mis last night (22nd July). Firstly I am not a great fan of musicals and secondly I never write comments on the internet. Your performance however was so extraordinary that I felt compelled to do so. You have an extraordinary gift. I was totally absorbed for the whole time.

Hi, I came to see Les Mis this afternoon (14th July) from Swansea and thought you were amazing. You have such a beautiful voice- when you sang "Bring Him Home" it was very powerful and very emotional. Your Valjean made my journey to London worthwhile- keep it up and hope to see you in another performance soon.
